Arabic Gourmet is where Tarek builds his own creative space, developing food concepts that carry his own identity. Arabic culture and its recipes are part of how he thinks and tastes — but they are tools, not boundaries. The result is a chef-driven experience where every dish reflects a personal point of view.

Ten years in service and behind the bar, specialized in drinks and the craft of hosting. Arabic Gourmet is the infrastructure he always dreamt of — the space to truly play, to build events where food, drinks, and atmosphere form one complete, round experience. He leads service and event management, and creates concepts that leave their own mark.

Yehia makes sure that creativity doesn't float — it lands. He builds the infrastructure that holds everything together: strategy, partnerships, pricing, financial planning, and brand direction. His goal is a system where there is real space to be creative, backed by a structure that makes it sustainable and scalable. He is building the kind of place he always wanted to exist.
